中秋節是我國的傳統佳節。根據史籍的記載，“中秋”一詞最早出現在《周禮》一書中。到魏晉時，有“諭尚書鎮牛淆，中秋夕與左右微服泛江”的記載。

A. News about Moon Festival

        In Taiwan, everyone likes to barbecue during Moon Festival. Most of people prefer getting together and appreciate the moon. Why people in Taiwan be used to barbecue with watching full moon? According the report, barbecue increase a lot of carbon monoxide and the meat which is broiled can hurt our body. I think we are not sure of barbecue in Moon Festival, we can only appreciate the moon, eat moon cake and eat the shaddock. It not only reduce the carbon monoxide emissions but also can make our body healthier.

     烤肉三小時所釋放的致癌毒氣，相當於30萬支香菸釋放的毒氣，吸進太多烤肉煙，形同慢性自殺。長庚醫院毒物科主任林杰樑表示，由於木炭的成長環境中，多少都有天然含氯的成分，這種氯就相當於漂白水的氯，在高溫底下，也有機會產生戴奧辛，這些都是我們肉眼看不見的。
